Being mobile is a crucial aspect of being healthy. Stregnth is the essential variable for a healthy regime. This class allows you to use a 10Rep Max wt. to achieve your goals under close guidance.

I Want My Body Back

Wellness is not a ‘medical fix’, but a way of living. If you want to be the best, you can’t take the path of least resistance. Your mind will tell you “it’s too early” and your body will tell you “you’re too sore,” but you have to look deep within and know what you’re striving for.

Who should try this class?

This is a class for everyone, particularly those who are just getting into fitness after a while. As with all of our classes, you need to take a fitness evaluation!

 
 

DTS 20/40

Our flagship class, DTS 20/40. We employ a 20/40 system (20 minutes of corrective/40 minutes of multi-vector points of resistance) that addresses weakest movements first by employing dynamic, constantly changing movements to target and challenge multiple muscle-groups which leads to fast, visible results.

Who should try this class?

All levels. Men and women who want an effective workout that evolves as they do. None of our classes are “one size fits all” – and this is no exception. Our trainers are mindful of your progress and will help bring you to the next level of fitness.

 
 

SABSA – Save a Booty Save America!

A fitness regimen designed to solve the number one problem in our lumbar-pelvic region – weakness in the lower back, core, and booty from our sedentary practices. SABSA focuses on the development of strength and balance in these key areas followed by a low impact run. Save a Booty Save America!

Who should try this class?

For everyone! Men and women who suffer from occasional back discomfort because of sore muscles or who work desk jobs. Strengthening the core is key to a happy back.

 
 
 

Our Hard kqore Class

This class starts and end with total adaptation of your connection with your kqore muscles. Your abdominals, your lower back, your hip and shoulder joint stabilizing muscles.  Its name defines its purpose and importance. 50min of total strenghtening techniques that will allow you to breathe through your kqore, flex it and stabilize it for your daily functional lifestyle.

Rejuvenate

“REJUVENATE” is a non-impact based cardio rebounding class that is focused on balance, coordination, and cardio output. Rejuvenate protects the muscles and joints from fatigue and the impact experienced by intense repetitive exercise on hard surfaces. Rejuvenate benefits include improved health, weight loss, the flushing out of toxins, and joint restoration. Come bounce with us!

Who should try this class?

Fit, beginners & athletes. Everyone. Men, don’t be shy– you can bounce too. It’s cool.

 
 

FGLG – Feel good, Look good.

Aren’t you tired of simply reminiscing about your peak athletic days that happened years ago? “I used to be a dancer, ballerina, soccer player or runner.” Come challenge what your body is capable of doing today and challenge your inner athlete. This signature class utilizes your best assets to train muscle memory in order to stimulate and record a sculpted body tone. How it feels is how it looks!

BoxOut

This is not your typical kickboxing class. This class is intended to have you working from beginning to end. If you aren’t boxing the ring master, you are doing interval / strength training. BoxOut utilizes the dimensional strength conditioning training combined with basic boxing and kickboxing techniques. BoxOut targets speed, power, and coordination.

Who should try this class?
